The most effective ways to use this blend are via diffusing it in your bedroom when you go to sleep, and diluting 8 drops in 20ml of carrier oil (such as sweet almond or coconut for example) and massaging on to neck, shoulders, and the front and back of chest.
Reasons for snoring and its intensity are different for individuals; some may require to use this blend once just before sleeping, and again a few hours later in the middle of the night (often it's the partner who wakes up and reapplies for the snorer!). Over time, you may notice a reduction in frequency of snoring, and/or a reduction in sound level.
Safety: Do not use if your partner is pregnant. Do not use if you have High Blood Pressure; if HBP, then use Anti-Snoring Opt#1 instead.
