We are used to hearing of people with motion sickness on boats, but there are many people who also get motion sickness just riding in a car, train or plane for example.
This blend works best if you dilute 2-3 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as sweet almond or coconut for example, and massage it on to your tummy and just below your breast bone, 15 minutes to half an hour before your journey begins.
If unable to do so, then put 2-3 drops on a tissue, and take deep breaths from it a few minutes before your journey starts, and several times during.
The other option is to put 2-3 drops on the felt pad of your car aromatherapy diffuser, though the most effective and 1st option i recommend would be the massage tummy option.
